One of the major and most significant mega-projects for Qatar in the last few years, was constructing the metro infrastructure. Qatar Rail and QMIC signed a partnership to provide a state-of-the-art logistics control center, and an advanced vehicle tracking platform. Under this partnership, QMIC took charge of several duties
- Building, Operating, Maintaining the Logistics Transport Coordination Center (LTCC)
- Due to the specific structure and highly complex variables in this mega-project, QMIC was determined to design a comprehensive control center, that responds to the unique requirements of this project.
- QMIC was also responsible to put together a team of experts to manage and maintain daily operations
